NANCY DUARTE

Nancy has been building stories and decks for Silicon Valley companies since 1988. Her company has helped create and visualize messages that have grown startups into Fortune 5 leaders of their industries. Her bootstrapped firm is one of the largest communication companies in the area and the DuarteMethod has been taught to hundreds of thousands of learners.

She is CEO of Duarte, Inc., a public speaker, author of six best-selling (and award-winning) books. Her TED talk has over 3 million views and she’s a columnist for Harvard Business Review, MIT-Sloan Management Review and Forbes. She’s been featured in Forbes, LA Times, CNN, Fast Company, Cosmopolitan and many others.

Nancy has an Exec MBA from UCLA and is a member of C200 which is committed to support women’s growth while inspiring and advancing leaders. She is a wife, mother of three kids and has two grandsons. She splits her time between the bay area and Maui.
